The basic conditions for using HRTW’s public website and submission forms.
Acceptance
By using this website or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms, the Community Standards, and applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old to use HRTW. The site is intended for adults in the United States. You are responsible for following the laws that apply where you live and for the accuracy of information you submit.
Acceptable use
You may not use HRTW to facilitate cannabis or controlled-substance transactions; submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, malicious, or exploitative material; bypass security; scrape personal information; impersonate another person; or interfere with the service.
Content and rights
HRTW’s branding, site design, and original editorial work are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may link to public pages and quote brief portions with attribution. You may not reproduce substantial work, remove credit, or use HRTW branding to imply endorsement without permission.
You retain rights to material submitted with an application. You grant HRTW only the limited permission necessary to review the submission and respond. Publication requires a separate agreement.
