A good session begins before anything is passed around. Everyone should know what is being shared, be free to decline, and understand that participation is never a competition.

Use clean equipment and fresh contact surfaces. Avoid sharing when someone is ill. Start conservatively, give effects time to develop, and do not pressure anyone to match another person’s tolerance.

Keep water available and make the environment comfortable. If someone feels unwell, reduce stimulation, stay calm, and seek appropriate medical help when symptoms are serious or uncertain.

Most importantly, plan transportation before consuming. Do not drive or operate equipment while impaired. A rideshare, sober driver, or overnight plan is part of the session—not an afterthought.
